When you finish flushing your engine, the remaining Salt Rid can be used to flush your trailer and brakes - simply attach a hose trigger onto the mixer unit.   The mixer unit can be refilled if necessary, for coverage of larger trailers.

Boat Trailers

Unscrew dispenser cup from the Salt Rid applicator and fill with Salt Rid concentrate. Replace the dispenser cup, taking care to ensure that the  “O” ring is seated properly.  Attach one end of the applicator to a garden hose and the other end to your hose trigger attachment. Spray your trailer and brakes with Salt Rid, ensuring there is a foaming reaction.  Remove the applicator and rinse with fresh water. Use Salt Rid each time your trailer and brakes comes in contact with salt or minerals to help prevent rusting and corrosion.
